2. 3. There is a clutch sleeve on the left and right between the rubber handle and the T-bar on the handle. Push the clutch sleeve outward (if it is not easy to push, you can gently lift the handlebar grip upward) fold the handlebar cross tube downward, and tighten the handlebar cross tube.
4. Gently lower the T-bar to the lowest position, so that the handlebar cross tube is close to the rear wheel until you hear a "click" sound again, fix the body, and fold it. You can lift the scooter by the T-bar.
